A referral starts with a relaxed conversation. We listen to the person, understand what interests them and explain the next useful step.

01 — Tell us about the person
Share their contact details, communication preferences and why enterprise may interest them. Please make sure they know you are referring them and consent to RED making contact.

02 — We arrange RED Discovery
A RED Enterprise Coach has a friendly introductory conversation with the person and, if they choose, a family member or support person.

03 — They choose what comes next
The next step might be a workshop, RED Online™, coaching—or simply more time to think. The person stays in control.
